This  post office sucks!!!  The employees are lazy, irresponsible, and incompetent. I had a package that was delivered and signed for by one of there agents. They never contacted me or sent me any type of notification that the package was there. After tracking it and finding it had been there for FIVE days I visited the location to pick it up. They searched for 45 minutes and came back to the window and said they couldn't find it.  I strongly believe the representative that signed for it kept it, he was unavailable for comment. This is NOT over.

typical government service. opens after most people are already at work. closes before most people get off. customer service can never actually answer a question. do yourself a favor and use fedex or ups. this service is a waste of money

I loathe this establishment so much I created an account to add a comment.. when I first moved in I put in a change of address, and I was getting mail from previous tents, so I simply put return to sender and put they do not live here, so the next day the mail person puts all that mail back in my box this repeated twice, I tried to call and nobody was available then I got ahold of the consumer relations and made a complaint, the next day she put a vacant box slip in my mail box. And I called and complained again . anyways my mail always is late or it never comes which sucks for bills that come to my address which is my current problem now because charter called me yesterday saying my bill was late but I never got my mail!!! Which they usually send out. I seriously think this is never going to end I have to hunt down my packages, the last incident they said I was unavailable to receive a package so they did not deliver it. And they claimed I was not home which I was and that they left a note they never did!   and over and over I have to call and complain. They can never be reached and the manger is always on a “business call”... I have never in my life had so many problems with my mail before I came here. They need new staff and new management.

They are the worst people to ever deal with I was awaiting my wedding band and they deliver mail to our apartment complex office EVERYDAY but yet said my package was undeliverable? When calling the guy said he would look in to it so after not hearing back from him for over 4 hours I call back and the lady said oh yeah I'm showing where it was sent back to the sender.they only tried to deliver the package 1 time. The lady that delivers the mail to our complex does not pay any attention to anything she's more worries about being on her phone every time I pass her while she's putting mail out she's off in her own world on the phone sitting in her truck!

They never ring the doorbell and claim nobody is there to get the delivery. I had to confront the man the first time and 2nd time I didn't catch him. I'm convinced you have to sit at your mailbox to get anything from them.
