A package was delivered to my house on 01/11/17 but I was not there. During office hours it's hard to get someone to answer the phone. You have to keep calling. I went to the office on 01/18/17 and the gentleman gave me one box. When I returned I was made aware that I should have received 2 boxes. I called them on 01/19/17 and the supervisor informed me that she would locate the package and have it sent back out to me. If she was not able to find it than she would give me a call. No package was delivered on 01/19 or no call was returned. 01/20/17 I went there and no one apologized for not giving me all the items on 01/18 when I was there. The supervisor gave me the box without offering any assistance. However she did warn me that I may not be able to carry my son out to the car because it is a large box. Really. On my way to the car another postal worker on break offered to assist me to the car with my son and the big box.

I have been waiting for a package to be delivered for a week. I get home early so I will be able to sign for my package. Instead of the carrier coming to my door to give me my package she just puts a sorry we missed you card in my mailbox. That is straight out lazy. So , I call the post office to file a complaint and no one answers the phone. What kind of company is this.

WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WOULD LEAVE A BOX ON A FRONT DECK WHEN IT IS RAINING WHEN THERE WAS A CARPORT RIGHT NEXT TO THE DECK THAT IS COVERED. I HAVE HAD THIS ISSUE SEVERAL TIMES AND I HAVE CALLED AND I HAVE SPOKEN TO A SUPERVISOR BUT IT SEEMS LIKE THEY TRY TO "PROTECT" THEIR CARRIERS FROM HAVING COMPLAINTS FILED AGAINST THEM. DO THEY NOT HAVE ANY COMMON SENSE OR IS IT BECAUSE THEY HAVE A GOVERNMENT JOB THEY FEEL THEY CAN'T GET FIRED. I HAVE NO IDEA WHO THE CARRIER WAS BUT .....REALLY!!!

I ordered an item from Hallmark and it was to be delivered to a local Hallmark store for free shipping. The shipping information said that the postal worker attempted to deliver the item at 8:11am and the item was refused. The item is being returned to the shipper. The store doesn't open until 9:30am and the worker at Hallmark said there was nobody at the store at that time. Attempted to call the Centerpoint PO for two hours, but nobody answers the phone. Your item was refused by the addressee at 8:11 am on December 8, 2016 in BIRMINGHAM, AL 35235 and is being returned to the sender.

Worst post office ever! I actually witnessed one of their drivers sit at my mailbox for 6 full minutes and not deliver my package. She actually had the nerve to say that there was an "animal interference" preventing the delivery. We do have dogs but they were all inside. Video evidence actually shows that the dogs weren't even barking during the time she was figuring out her lie. What makes it even worse is that no one at usps seems to care. I guess it's ok for their employees to just lie and not do their jobs. I already have all my regular mail delivered to a post office box in another area of town. I wish I could do the same with packages. This office is so awful it doesn't even deserve 1 star.
