I miss my old mailman, Mark. I don't know who this new guy is, but I'm tired of him writing on my mail. My kid has a different last name, and drew a bunch of "?" Marks on his auto insurance. Is it his business what mail I get? People DO have different last names! Not long ago, I had a death in my family, and had business to handle. I did not think to get my mailpmailp placed on hold. For a week and a half, if that, I admit I couldn't grab my mail. He sent everything back to who sent it, and wrote "vacant" on my mailbox. My old mailman would've knocked on my door to see if I'm okay, and left a note saying I have mail, and to pick it up. Not this guy! Had he left a note, my 18 year old would've saw it, and made it a point to explain the situation. That isn't the end of the story. When my mail finally came, he had the audacity to write on MY mail "check mail everyday". The post office won't do anything of course. My mail doesn't even come til after 5 most days, if I'm lucky.

Used the self service and they lost my package.
