Went to this store and couldn't be happier. I had to ship a painting out of state and Alex, the store owner, was very helpful with all the various shipping questions I had and made sure that painting went to it's location safety. My client a couple days later received the painting and it was a huge success. If you have something important to ship or if you do a lot of shipment in general, this is the store to go to and I highly recommend it.

I needed last minute notary. I walked in 15 min till close. They took care of me and 3 other people who came in after me. We were in and out before 7. And I didn't get charged for my 3 copies. Happy customer!

Picking up my business phone for an installation for 5/21/18 and it was left at their location but no one knows where my package is including the person that signed for it. I'm now out of pocket gas, time and have been on the phone for the last 30 mins trying to figure out with Verizon how to get a new phone to have my line installed for my business. And they claim that they are there to help small businesses, I'm very upset with the fact that it looks like they gave my package to someone else and refuse to just admit that they dropped the ball.

This is the second time I have looked online for a location and had an unpleasant experience. This store posts the same hours of operation online and in the storefront window. However, upon arrival Saturday afternoon, 12/23, at approximately 12:37 the doors were locked with no signage to explain why the business was closed. I called and the voice mail was the standard message. My suggestion... go to Staples. They're open longer and the customer service is excellent. UPS does pick up on Saturday's from Staples.

This was the worst experience with shipping I have ever had. I ordered something next day shipping the driver stopped the truck in front of the house and then pulled off. I called customer service twice and was reassured that the package would make it that day. Package never came and was rescheduled for the next week. I needed that package for an event I had the next day. Terrible!!!! I would give this business a 0 if I could. UPS sucks.
