Packages damaged. Have watched them throw package at doors. Do not ring the door bell. Will not wait IF they do, which is slim to never. Often lie about coming up to the door We often have a window open when expecting packages, and can hear the door bell never rings. Yet, FedEx, UPS and other delivery services ring the bell and we get our packages just fine. Update: God anywhere else for passport service. They did not give correct information when directly. Refused to provide a recipe for coies.did not disclose the cost of services. Ms. Sharon was dismissive, rude and aggressive. I have filed a formal complaint with the Post Office HQ in DC, in regards to this manner.

I'm am suprised at this low rating. I made my passport appointment online and was given very helpful and warm assistance from Mrs Sharon during my appointment. She explained all of my choices so I could make better decisions about what i needed. I was early for my appointment and as I sat I observed a woman assist and show many people how and where to mail their parcels. I even saw a gentleman worker assist a customer by bringing extra newspaper for him to make his fragile shipment more secure. It did get busy and what I saw was a few customers getting impatient. All other customers were friendly and said hello as I waited. I suggest to allow yourself some extra time to do any last minute mailing, and you will have a better experience. This post office does get busy but the staff working hard for you.

Is it possible to opt out of USPS already?? When will this utter waste of time, money, and paper be forgotten?? This is the worst group of employees in Fredericksburg. Constantly losing packages. Constantly recieving mail from other neighbors and at least 4 previous residents. Have spoken to delivery man and post office about this, returned letters personally to mailman with return to sender and "not at this address" on them and continue to receive them. I somehow get more mail from other people than I get addressed to me. I've even written who the current residents are boldly on the inside of the mailbox with no luck. The many people I've dealt with that work at this location, and ESPECIALLY the manager are the rudest, most ignorant, disrespectful and lazy people I've ever come across. Super slow lines. The people behind the counter are painfully obvious about how little they want to be there and they take it out on the customers.They talk down to everyone that steps in front of them and are of no help at all when needed. The phone number if you try and call rings forever as if they just turn the ringer off. I called as soon as they opened and it rang for about 30 min before I hung up. Tried to call a different number to talk to the head postmaster and make a complaint and was redirected to the disconnected phone I just tried calling. I will pay to have items shipped through ANY other carrier. If I could I would get rid of out mailbox entirely.

For several weeks now our mail delivery has been hopeful at best. No mail one day, 2-3 days worth the next. I would say maybe it is due to the fact that mail was being shipped on certain days, or perhaps even the holiday season... but when several of my neighbors and I leave for work at 4:30 am and put mail in the box (you can see the flags up on the mailboxes), and the following day, the same flags are still up and still no mail... PROBLEM. Maybe we should look into removing mail carrier medical benefits and reducing them to the rest of the Federal Medical benefits. The USPS has been bankrupt and operating a a deficit for how long now?

This location is a joke. From routinely misplacing mail to today trying to get my passport applications. Showed up 10 mins early as they request and was told a woman would come get me in a few mins. I gave up on waiting after 20 mins and the woman said she did not have an appt for me when I had a confirmation number and email. She seemingly didn’t believe me and when I offered to show her, she just kept saying “nope, don’t have ya in here, sorry..” Seek an alternate location for a more pleasant experience from a customer service standpoint..
