Amanda is one of my favorite uspo workers. Always fast and friendly, even if she is having a bad day. Sometimes the line looks scary, but that's mostly because the property is too small to accommodate a serpentine line. It usually goes much more quickly than I expect.

Almost always a long line- the demand at this post office should be met with more employees / open registers, or some electronic machines like the one downtown. The lady who mainly runs this is great, though.

Very inconvenient hours. I have gone early and there's usually a line out the door with only one person working. I work in Locust Grove, 9-5, and they're closed during lunch hour, the only time I have free to go. I have a PO BOX here and pay ALOT for it. I have been receiving emails telling me my packages are being declined. I have called over 100x's in the past 5 hours and NOT ONCE was my called answered. A few times it rang, then just hung up! Very disappointed. When my PO BOX is up for renewal, I will not be renewing here. Will renew at the locust grove post office instead.

They need to rethink their management. Having an auxiliary location in the mall for the sake of the convenience of their customers, and then closing for an hour and a half for lunch is ridiculous. If the post office is closed during the weekend, and closes at 5:00pm, just when people are getting off work, then it makes sense for them to be open during the standard lunch hour for most people. If I need to mail a package, then the only time I'd be able to do it is during my lunch break, when this location is inconveniently closed. Y'all need to rethink your approach to business because as it stands, this location is WORTHLESS.

Just went today around 2:10pm to mail a box and they were polite and quick. Seeing the other reviews, I must have gone on a good day.
