Staff Doesn't pay attention to details of what customer is asking and that exactly what happen with my sister at the time of passport submission and now she received a letter asking for some more documents. Staff should help  passport customers to make sure they are sending right documents along with the form not just charge 25 dollar and let it go!!!

I would not recommend this place if you and your family need passports sooner and  this USPS location staff  provides unprofessional and incompetent service and ended up  delaying your passport!!

I came here because it is the highest rated branch in Irvine. Best customer service; very friendly and helpful. The waiting time was less than 3 min on Thursday afternoon. They deserve 5 stars.

My favorite Irvine post office. A nicely landscaped post office in a quiet residential neighborhood right off of the 5 freeway at Culver Drive. Never too crowded and even when it is someone is always there to direct you. Traffic can be a little bothersome at times as most people insist on parking right up front and will wait for someone to leave rather than drive around the parking lot and walk an additional 10 paces

Best CustomerService I’ve ever had at a post office. I go there several times a month to mail packages. They are pleasant and very efficient and extremely helpful.
