Very poor customer service specialy Nester very rude and sneaky try to avoid helping it's like Senior Center they are OLD & GRUMPY they are working there just to get a pension funds and other free stuff just uselessly lazy people works there . As someone have my P.O.Box there for past 8 years+ I know the raise there price unusually I was there two weeks ago to pay my yearly renew when I got there today the jacked up the price from $90.00 to $96.00 within 4 days unbelievable the are RUDE except on old lady she is very kind but the rest are nukind and even the don't SPEAK ENGLISH right like NESTER & the other middle eastern guy there is no absolutely service it seems like the indeed of help like Nursing Care Facilities . Also when you are coming there next time bring your own Tape and Pen they will charge you for anything and again NOT MUCH OF THE HELP just useless waiting for retirement and using our TAX MONEY for there retirement 😯😐😕😑 it is sad to see this !!

It's understandable that Sundays are closed but why are Saturdays closed as well? It's literally impossible for people who are busy to send a package with Saturdays closed. On days that they are open they even try to close earlier than 4:30 and are impatient with customers once it's close to door locking time. I tried getting a receipt for a package that was already paid and they said they do not do that at this location even though I've gotten a receipt for sending off a package here before. This location would honestly be so much better if they just installed a self service machine so we do not need to interact with people who are not willing to be hospitable.

Bad customer service and try to sneakily add extras. Go to UPS instead.

Lately the employees have been very friendly and helpful. They even find ways to save me money on shipping options! The hours are inconvenient, but I would say customer service has been great, despite all the negative reviews.
