Agreed. This location has the worst staff I've ever seen at a post office. They are not really polite to customers (supposed they take you as "a customer"). The line is always long here and parking is packed. No doubt that staff's speed is the reason. I tried to return a eBay merchant and I have a return label. The USPS refused to provide free tap to seal my box even it is a "priority mail". All staffs didn't show any sense of sorry and asked me to purchase their tap for $3.59 (cheapest). Also, they can't even explain the reason clearly in English. I believe the only possible reason is my box is too large. The staff told me that they only provide a priority tape for flat rate and express mail.

This post office does not have a "Change of Address" form or ability to make an address change. You're a Post Office! Delivering correct addresses are your primary business! Oh... Right...

I usually go to FEDEX where I always experience a very good service there. With this USPS office, the service is horrible, I stopped by with a few pages of docs to mail out via priority mail which I got a label printed out already, waited in line and then the first greeting I got from one small lady is "what you want me to do?!..." said in a rude tone with knitted brows. I am just wondering : does this lady have any sense of customer service?!!

The stuff in this post office is the worse I ever seen. Rude, slow , unresponsive and also you have to repeat yourself before they understand. They over charged with rediculous non sense $22 fee if you don’t renew on time. I was there exactly 10 days after the grace period that you are allowed to pay without any extra fees but they still charged me. The manager name is Christy and I had to come 3 times to talk to her because she was late to work and when I finallly she was there and I explain my situation and asked her to waive the fees. She was extremely rude. I don’t understand how she is the manger of this post office. I had a horrible experience with them. I recommend you not to use this location instead go to another location.

The staff will not contact you when they tell you they will just to get you to leave. The incompetent staff miss filed my mail into the wrong po box for 2 MONTHS. I keep telling them I am have not gotten one piece of mail fo r2 months, not even junk mail. their comment was "that is a little odd." even after filing a complaint with the main post office this post office NEVER contacted me. I guess the bonuses for Amazon package deliverys are more important.
