I  sell books and ship over one thousand a year.  I just had Newberg's Post Office tell me, quite passionately and in a very negative way, that every Media Mail package loses them money, as if it was my fault.  Very disappointed that my business is looked at in this negative light for pricing I have no control of.  I was hoping we could have a good relationship as they are such a key part of my business.  I'm bummed.  On the plus side, they ship quickly.
