This office is your typical service, ten people in line and only one person to facilitate. The place is clean and organized and if you come early, parking is very easy. Just come with time as everything takes long. Long lines or not, it takes a long time. They also have lots of packing and shipping supplies.

This place has lost its customer service value. My first experience with them, they had one of the best employee who was very nice and accommodating and overall left an impression on me so I would refer people to come here. No long lines or waiting.That employee no longer work there. Recently I went back to help a friend get a passport and twice we went there (mind you coming from homestead) and there was no one in line though we were running 10 mintues late, the employees there would not accomodate or work with us. They have lost my appreciation and will not recommend, refer or do any such thing as have my friends make a trip down here. Completely disappointed. They need newer and more helpful employees. P.S. The only reason why I gave it a one star was because I did not have the option of giving it 0 stars

These animals never answer the phone then it hangs up automatically. Bunch of clowns and when you try calling. It then gives a busy line ridiculous package has been there two days suppose have shipped to homestead instead it went to these tavernier clowns and hasn't moved from there dam jackasses

Having lived in Tavernier for 25 years I have interacted with many employees at the local post office. About three years ago, I registered a complaint about the attitude of one employee at the counter. I am writing now to acknowledge a VERY POSITIVE change and I want to express my gratitude to these postal workers. From the counter in Tavernier to those who deliver my mail. THANK YOU.
