We get delivery's every day and today a notice is sent by email stating that our address is incorrect yet they delivered other mail there at the same time ??? Like other people have said , took an hour and 20 minutes on hold and the final outcome was that they would look into it. Is it any wonder why the post office is going down the drain.

Every year my packages are returned to sender as undeliverable AND YET The Post office assures me that I have entered the correct address for my location. Is this a staff ability issue. ALSO getting through on the phone is close to impossible.
