I know many people complain about the post office being slow and whatnot. But there are many customers who have no idea what they want, or asking many questions while other people wait, or even one customer with a bunch of unstamped envelopes and asking the clerk to stamp each one.  You can't only blame the staff, and not the dumb customers. If you do, then you're just part of the problem in my eyes.

Since I know what I want, my personal experience usually is great and the staff is great too in return. I don't believe in all the negative ratings for this nor for other post offices either. Many times when I come here, there's a staff member walking around asking customers if they only have drop offs, pickups.

I just saw one of their employees (looks like a woman, but this is an ongoing problem) leave packages outside of both mine and my neighbor's building where they are subject to not only theft, but the elements as well. When I told her to stop I got an attitude for it. Neither I, nor any of my neighbors have to worry about our packages being stolen while we're not home. Hopefully someone in charge sees this and does something about it. If not I'm going straight to the post office myself and deal with it.

This is the worst post office possible. The discrimination against caucasians is unbelievable. Packages are open and returned to sender for no reason at all. There phone number is also unlisted so you are unable to contact them directly. Worse customer service ever!! They just take your money. No wonder the post office is going under!!!!
