STOLE MY PACKAGE. Tracking shows this message "January 9, 2018, 10:36 pm Delivery status not updated The package is delayed and will not be delivered by the expected delivery date. An updated delivery date will be provided when available. The delivery status for this item has not been updated as of January 9, 2018, 10:36 pm. " It is now the 23rd and after SEVERAL calls & emails, which they DO NOT ANSWER most of the time, I was told they have no idea where my package is, but they will ask the carrier -_-. The supervisor was sure to mention how she was sure the carrier wouldn't remember what happened to the packaged after all this time as if I haven't been trying to find out what happened for weeks.

I called to see why my package was undeliverable they told me something was wrong with the package weight and it could not be delivered with the regular mail that day and to call tomorrow. So I called the next day to see why my package wasn't delivered they said the package has to be put on a carrier truck because it couldn't be delivered with the regular mail and it would be delivered later that day. So I waited to see what happened also talking to the buyer because he works one block at Capital Shield Agency on the same block (Tremont Ave.) he even walked down to the post office to see what the issue was at the time they said it was out with the regular mail man that delivered the mail that is under 1lbs and that they are waiting for the package to be returned to ship with the right mail carrier that delivered packages above 1lbs this was the previous day when he went up there. I've made a claim on my package and I refuse to deal with these lairs and thieves they gave me the run around about my package knowing that something has happened to it I believe someone has stolen my package with the limited edition item inside at this post office I wouldn't recommend anyone to ship with this company or buy higher insurance if your package has to come to this station. The workers that answered the phone was nasty towards me for just trying to find out what happened. My package had no problems until it came to this station I believe they stolen my package.

THIS POST OFFICE ONLY EMPLOYS RETARDS. I HOPE THEY SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN. THERE ISN'T A SOUL IN THIS FACADE THAT DESERVES A JOB OR UNEMPLOYMENT FOR THAT MATTER. LOWEST OF THE LOW. FECES IN THE STREET IS MORE DESIRABLE THAN ANY ONE OF THESE EMPLOYEES. SEND ALL OF THEM TO THE STREET WHERE THEY COME FROM. NOT CAME FROM. COME FROM. GHETTO PEOPLE WORK HERE. YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR MAIL DELIVERED TO YOU. THEY CANNOT READ OR COUNT SIMPLE NUMBERS. THEY ARE RETARDED HERE. AND IT ALL STARTS WITH THE MANAGER, MS. BROWN. SHE'S THE LEAD RETARD THERE.

The worst experience you can have. Very rude. If they see you are the slightest impatient, they will sure make you wait longer. The drivers are thieves. Many of my packages got "lost" or we're delivered but not delivered. The worse is when they give your pakage to who ever or leave it "at the front door". With more E-Commerce these days they need to get it together. There seems to be no one to complain too either. They got the same 2 woman in there for years doing this.

The worst and horrible customer service. I think all of the slowest people in the world work in this post office. I don’t think they should get paid for poorest service I ever seen.
