Again, the short hair tiny Korean lady is always the trouble maker. IT was not the first time and neither will be the last. Honestly, I don't feel any comfortable every time when she is at the window.

It's not as bad as it sounds, I've mailed out hundreds of parcels and most of the staff are friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable in what they're doing. A few can be impatient if you don't speak clearly what you want and need, so those I would avoid like the plague. But I go there regularly and it's been a good experience.

The korean female worker is simply awful person. Sorry but she is a racist plus bad tempered and should not work as customer service. Is the management blind or something? Whenever i visit there this lady almost every time making a scene.

Keeps visit here to track the undelivered parcels. The staff just simply told everyone to go home and wait for the call. Unfortunately everyone just get alerted their tracking stuff were returned to the sender without any call or even a written formal notice. In the meantime of on lining, you heard quite a lot complaint from everyone but just be ignored and be told”Next!!”

Lost package once. They never deliver a package for me. No redelivery notice. I have to track my package once my package arrived I have to pick it up myself. They won't let me know my package is here. I am sure of this. I spent time at home waiting for their delivery many times. They just never come!
