Very snippy with me concerning a passport renewal and also a name change on it.  Would not help with the name change and told me I didn't need it.  My passport came yesterday and yep, the name was incorrect.  Now I have a new useless incorrect passport.

I went here to get a passport. Service was excellent and friendly with no appointment required.

Usually no line but when there is expect a 5-10min wait.  A portion of the staff is less than enthusiastic and unwilling to package/ post anything for you. Otherwise it gets the job done.  I try to use the anderson or Clemson offices when I'm around.
