They r holding a package of mine and refuse to deliver too my Apartment in Heritage Trace. They say my section of the apartments a High Risk 4 theft never lost a package yet. Really bad service the young lady there has an attitude I rent i mail box for 6 months bc I moved to Georgia and I have regular mail every month I wasn't having any problem I came every month to pick up my mail (driving 3 hours from Georgia to piedmont s.c.) the problem start after I pay the second 6 months is been 2 months I haven't received any mail????? I ask the attitude girl and she said if is not mail there is bc I don't receive anything and is nothing they can do 😑😑so sounds to me like I just pay 6 months for a box the never has my mail plus they putting someone else mail there!!!! Waste of time AND MONEY !!!! Be aware of this post office!!!!

This post office constantly says we are not here on Saturday's and then holds the packages at the post office without letting us know one is waiting for us. This has happened to us several times now and everytime we have been here on that Saturday. Of course there is no one you can complain to that is really going to make any change or difference, we are all just stuck with this horrible service and I know that if we could take our business elsewhere we would. From now on it makes more sense for us to ship items to us with fedex or UPS since they will atleast make the effort to knock on the door to see if we are actually here. If USPS was an actual business that was not subsidized by our tax money, I know that they would have failed a long time ago, but because our tax money keeps them going, they are assured a job even with this poor service. I sincerely hope that someday, someone can take the reigns of this mess of a system and make it something that we can be proud of, because right now it is far from that. Update - Once again we waited here all morning on a Sunday only to get a notification that the business was closed and delivery could not be completed to us. Not only was the front door unlocked, but we also had the side door wide open. We also checked the security camera footage from all day and not surprised to see no one ever attempted delivery. These must be the most lazy postal deliveries around, atleast make the attempt and don't lie about it, horrible service. Update 1/2/17 - Once again we have been here all day waiting for our package with someone watching the front door and we get an email saying the delivery was attempted, but never saw anyone. This has become a running joke at this point, such poor "service". Once again though, nothing can be done about it

Love my mail lady, but lord forbid if there is a "sub" on my route. Lost all my packages for that day and they said they were "delievered" - talked to post master and NO HELP. Said they must've been stolen. Yeah - by your sub!!!! GEEZ! BTW - I have a locked mailbox, so no one can steal from inside box.

They are open for 2 hours on Saturday (So of course they are very busy during this time as many people work M-F jobs). I came in there a couple weeks ago and had 3 international packages going out for my business. The lady rolled her eyes and very rudely advised me to do this myself online as it was holding up the line.... I thought that was her job...? I came in today at exactly 11:00 and the doors were already locked and the people just looked at me.. Didn't say anything to me. I banged on the door and they shrugged their shoulders and mouthed "We're closed" Very unprofessional place.
