I was trying to get a passport.  They do not take reservations. I went in the morning, but all the slots had been taken.  I returned in the afternoon early, one hour before the time passports were to be accepted with my filled out application.  I was then told that their photo machine was not working.  It would have been nice to have been told that on my FIRST trip to the Post Office.  So now I’ve made two trips with nothing to show for it,
Came home and tried to find a Post Office in a nearby city to complete the process. Suffered through the horrible “select one” automation. Tried to speak to a Customer Service Rep, but got cut off.   So multiple efforts and still not any closer than I was thus am.  Not an efficient organization.

The tracking number for my delivery shows delivered at 11:30am, but I have been waiting for a delivery for the past 6 hours, and it has not arrived. It is now 1:59pm and still no delivery... wth...

came on a Saturday about 2pm and there was a small line. they quickly took care of my transaction and everyone before me. the staff behind the counter knew what they were doing.
