They lost one of my packages and were not helpful AT ALL.. They kept saying it probably never got to them, which is a lie since I sent it with a few other packages and the rest got their okay. Just terrible service!!

It's supposed to close at 5. I get there 3 minutes before and they are already closed!

The clerks are actually personal here, they go out of their way to help and they even play Christmas music here, sorry ACLU, you failed your secularist agenda on this one.

Poor customer service, after being on hold with USPS for 40 minutes and talking with a representative, he said I can get a refund from any post office.  I was supposed to get a refund because I shipped with USPS Express and they lost the package, but this location said they could not provide a refund and told me to go to any of the bigger post office locations because they don't have a supervisor on site to authorize refunds.  Also, there was only one employee there.
