Consistently delivers mail to the wrong address and fails to pick up outgoing mail (or even deliver my mail at all sometimes.) Took me over a month to get the post office to register that the previous residents no longer live here and even after filling out the form and having it confirmed by them they continue to deliver me that person's mail anyway. If you physically go into the office the staff are friendly and very helpful but the fact is that I need my mail picked up and delivered and that isn't happening.

They keep delivering my mail to the wrong box, it’s a junction box and I do not have access the the box they are putting it in. Have not been able to get my mail, and they neglect to answer there phone. I been up there once to have them fix issue but it falls on deaf ears, It’s not like I can keep driving up there. I’d give them zero stars if I could!

Today I came home to my mailbox unlocked and open for anyone to just steal my mail out of. I live by myself, so no one else possesses a key except for the post office. With it being the holidays, my loved ones could have easily sent me cards in the mail containing valuables. This is highly unacceptable and negligent on the the behalf of the post office.

If I wanna come pick up my package the day it gets there they won't do it , lazy staff.

I've had pretty bad experiences with almost all USPS locations. I get why people say when they're getting mad, they're going postal now. But I feel like all USPS locations are trained specifically to make you feel like they're doing something, when they're actually not and then to be rude to their customers. I called and asked if I could pickup a package that was transferred to their location this morning. She asked me for a tracking number and I gave her one. She said oh it won't matter because they're all on a pallet in the back waiting to be sorted. So she knew I couldn't get it today and yet she asked for a tracking number anyways. Then they pickup they're pallets of transfers from UPS to them at 10:30am every morning, yet they don't get sorted until that evening. This delaying the mail delivery system. This is probably why the cost of stamps has gone up. We have to pay for an extra day of resources on our packages that's unnecessary. Then during my conversation with her, she legitimately cut me off in the middle of my sentences at least 3 or 4 times and then talked over me to say what she had to say... I swear if they're was another postal option, I'd take it in a heartbeat. I say the government shuts down the USPS, saving our deficit, and we get forced to used other carriers like UPS and FedEx.
