The lady I dealt with today, Darcel T Gainer, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She tried to tell me to move 6 inches to the left before she would get my registered mail, then kept interrupting me every time I began to speak. People like this only perpetuate the stereotype of postal workers. She needs to be fired or moved to a position where she does not deal with the public. Everyone else at this post office has always been friendly and helpful. She needs to go.

Went in to renew my daughters passport and the lady behind the counter was rude rude rude. I don't understand how employers allow such behavior from their employees!

The Lady that works on the right side is the worst USPS worker in the USA, do all the customers a favor and move her to another depto. these people are just too comfortable so they think because its a public job they don't have to do anything.

My job made me an everyday customer here and I have no complaints.. The employees were always friendly and helpful

I went in here on 12/23 to get a passport renewed. There was one person in line the first time and two people in line the second time. The only lady that could do it was at lunch. I waited 1/2 hour for her to get back, no complaints. I walk in 1/2 hour later and she said that she wasn't doing them today, the other guy behind the counter stated that he didn't know that. She then starts barking orders at me about some of the things that I wanted to ask about.. I walked out and won't go back there, that lady is probably happy. And the post office wonders why we use UPS and FedEx, mainly because they are friendly and understand that they stay in business when they act like they want our business. Very disappointing..
