Literally standing in line as I write this. Including myself there are 14 people in line and one employee working the counter. There has been no move to get anyone else despite the fact that more people keep coming in. I understand sometimes places are understaffed, but this is a typically busy time (hour before closing) and you would think they'd have either the people needed or have a self service kiosk. Neither are an option here.

I went to discuss my packages being returned due to me moving. When I haven't moved in years. I was told it was an issue with the driver and I would receive a call from someone and the issue would be fixed. I have yet to receive a call 2 weeks later and each time I call I never get through. I've attempted to call for 30 minutes at a time multiple days. And when I go to the office whoever I am suppose to speak to is never available. And is suppose to call me but never does. This is unacceptable.

The post office is okay but they never answer their phone and my mail carrier can't seem to get my mail into my mail box. He manages to get my husband's mail right and my bills but he keeps putting my packages in the box below mine which is broken so anyone can take the mail out of it. So for three months I was calling the company that I have a standing order with that I wasn't receiving my packages when in fact they were put in the wrong box and how I know this is because this month I just happened to see my package in the box below mine. That package is $100.00 worth of supplements so of course who ever took the other packages wasn't honest and returned them to me. Your job is not that hard. ... drive around and put mail into the box. Please pay attention to which box you put mail in I and tired of losing my packages and money.
