My post office box expired and I sent a check as soon as I realized it.  Then a few weeks later when I checked my box, there was a check from the Post Office.  They apparently returned my check - although when I inquired about it, they said they didn't know anything about that.  So I thought maybe I'd paid twice and was getting reimbursed for the extra payment.  Several more weeks went by and I still had no mail!  When I asked them about it, they said my box had been revoked! There had been NO notice whatsoever.  I was thinking all along that I was just not getting mail.  I was furious.  Needless to say, I switched to Pack and Ship.  I can't run a business with vendors who don't let you know if something is wrong.  POOR customer service.

I have experienced failure on so many levels from this P.O. From the start when my box was not labeled from the inside (sent back all my mail) i get other peoples mail in my box. I don't get all my mail for my business and the only link to the failure is this P.O. It causes me to have so much trouble to have to contact my customers to verify that they sent my payments only to find that they sent them on time and are nowhere to be found or found in the wrong box. The amount of benefits that the p.o. employees are afforded vs. the service i have experienced is shocking.
