I sent a package here with 1-3 day delivery time.  After 7 business days I emailed the main postal office and was told I would contacted within one day. After two days I called this post office asking for the manager (Alicia) and was told she was out on lunch and to call back in 45 minutes.  After calling back an hour later I was told again that she just stepped out for lunch and to call back. I called back again and was told she left for the day, at 3:00 pm.  I called back 8:00 am the next morning and finally got ahold of Alicia.  She was in a location where she could not hear me and finally said my package “should” be delivered today then hung up.  This is the worst experience I have had with the post office and I am obviously not the first one with this problem.  Something needs to be done.

The most horrible experience ever!! The new postmaster Alicia is no help at all!! Received notification that my package was delivered to my house and I personally signed for it.  However, I never received or signed for my package.  I contacted USPS and started a claim, then I contacted League City office.  I will say the first lady was very helpful and verified that my signature did not match and the package was scanned at an "off side street" meaning not at my house.  She stated that she will talk to the carrier and give the message to the new postmaster, Alicia.  I never received a call from Alicia, so today I called and was told by Alicia what did I expect for her to do!!  The package was delivered and signed for!!  She stated that she could not give me a copy of the proof of signature...that there are thousands of signatures, they cannot keep them all.  But that's funny, because I got it from the usps website, proof of delivery!!  Seriously, one star is way too much!!

Worthless place.   The staff won't help find missing packages.   Last tacking update 5 days ago.   Staff will not start lost package traces.    USPS getting more and more worthless. Time to ship everything via Big Brown UPS!!

I don't like to write bad review, but this is an exception. A total of 4 times that this post office lost my packages. I'm not even sure whether my packages were delivered to the wrong address or actually stolen by the carrier. Who knows! I reported the incidents to the post office manager numerous times and my complaints were all ignored. Nothing were done about that for years. I hope some one at the top management level at USPS main office see this post, and do something about it. League city USPS is not even worth one star.

I seriously don't know how they haven't fired everyone and started over. Three times this week alone my packages have not been delivered even though I have a tracking number and they claim they've delivered it. They had the audacity to ask me if I checked my mail box. How would I know it's not there of I hadn't checked? No one has ever answered the phone. It just rings. This isn't just an isolated incident as you can see by their barely over 1 star rating.  Clearly management is hiring workers as inept as they are and the cycle perpetuates. To take trips to the post office so often and make claims with companies takes much needed time out of my schedule for their mistakes.
