Broadway:
Don't know what's happened in the past 5 months, but the lines are extremely long and the wait is from 30-45 minutes for simple mailing. Looks like every customer has their stuff ready so that can't be the delay. Definitely short on manpower & I've come at different times.
No one EVER answers the Customer Pick Up door bell even though I can hear the guy laughing back there.
What the heck is going on Post Master?
23rd?: Only 1 guy and PARKING is next to IMPOSSIBLE.

Well the reviews don’t lie people. Despite my aversion to ever entering this location, I had a package returned here. Good luck catching the mythical “Customer Pick-Up” clerk as they seem to always be in hibernation.

If I could give this place zerp stars I would. Busiest times of the day there is one person working. I get notifications of undeliverable packages with every excuse ranging from “unknown address” which is funny as this house has been here for 82 years, to “unable to get to the door.” 🙄 This office and 90% of they employees are garbage.

I feel bad giving such a low rating as I’ve met some extremely friendly workers from this office. But I’ve had mail lost, packages delivered days later than stated, and a worker hang up on me when I called to ask a question. It’s frustrating that this is the only place that handles our mail.

Worst place ever! Haven't received my mail in the past 5 months. Supervisor was completely unhelpful. Yes i was a little sarcastic but they totally disregarded the fact that i have been very patient with them.
