Horrid customer services!!!!! Old asian man told me to leave i showed up at 5 asked him if he could help he asked me what it was i started to explain and then before i coild get into detail he said oh nono no then waved his and telling me to go nonono leave were exact words. That is to start on top of usps i was supposed to get a over night package i ordered it on friday was supposed to be there satuday never showed. I called the 1800 number for usps took 2 hours to get i contact the lady said she had to transfer me to a tracking specialist ...it forwarded to money orders... then hung up on me....i then had to call back wait another 2 hours they then said something in the address had an error wich it did not it was issued my the dmv..... then they said they would re deliver by sunday......waited then a no show i looked up tracking info and it said it was in transit on re delivery on monday the 9th...waitied of course yet again no delivery so then on tuesday i went to the office near the pike and they laughed about the whole mess and sai we dont deliver packages on sunday and we domt have tracking specialist. What kind of buisness is this? So many flaws in this company what a horrible company! Bet no managment sees this post and even if they did they dont give a damn.

Came in to request a refund for a package that I overnighted with money back guarantee. Brought a receipt. Employee gave me an attitude and told me to deal with it at the post office that I shipped it with. No where on the money back guarantee directions does it say go to the post office you shipped it with. Filling a complaint.

EASILY the WORST Post Office location I've ever worked with (and I've worked with 20+). The counter staff is HORRIBLE, specifically, Paul and Larry, who are terrible representations for the post office. I avoid working with them at all costs. They consistently do something rude (like sigh intentionally noisily and exaggerate an eye roll in an obviously annoyed fashion when I good-naturedly change my mind on a shipping speed well before paying. C'mon, this is your job dude, do you hate it that much?) while working with me, despite me being genuinely friendly and polite with them. It caught me completely off-guard. Today I witnessed Larry yell, instigate an argument with, and turn his back to walk away from a customer after the post office lost the customer's package. Completely uncalled for and unprofessional, especially considering I thought the customer was being pretty darn calm and polite about the whole thing up until Larry became so unacceptably rude. Also, I've had my mail forwarded for the past couple months to a new location in the same zip code, and only half my mail ends up being forwarded; my old roommates are constantly letting me know I need to pick up important mail from them. This post office and it's counter staff sucks. If you can, go to the one on Shady Grove instead...much better customer service. The only good thing about this place is Jeffro, who is the exact opposite of everyone else I've interacted with and was a wonderful help when my mailbox lock broke. He'll go above and beyond for you and be kind and pleasant while doing it. Thank you Jeffro!
