Unbelievably incompetent and shady staff. They refuse to deliver any mail addressed to me and return all to sender for over a year now. Have been in contact with various staff including Eric C Waddy (post master?), Sabreena J. etc. still they continue to be purposefully not deliver my mail. They have no trouble delivering junk mail addressed to "current resident" and previous residents so access to my mail box is not an issue. This deliberate incompetence appears to be retribution for finally having to complain to national office. No wonder the USPS is losing money hiring the worst people they can find.

When I first moved to Montgomery Village in 2005 the service was excellent never had a complaint. But over the last few years the door to door service has gone way down hill. I am constantly getting other peoples mail in my mail box every week and its not just me, there are always envelopes sitting on top of the apartment mail box because they were delivered to the wrong mail box. Things seem to take a lot longer to send and receive as well. Not sure what changed but its not good right now. Took a week past the delivery date to get some mail. Service continues to go down hill horrible.

Spoke with a manager of this location 3 weeks ago when the door to our community mail box was left open by the postman and my package was gone.  He told me that he would speak with postman on our route and get back to me as there was another person working on the route that day.  He was nice enough on the phone and I appreciate that but it means nothing if you don't keep your word.  He never called me back.  This is the second time this post office has lost a package of mine, the first time cost me $300.

Tracked packages marked as delivered when they have indeed not been delivered. This has happened many times over the past several years. Security cameras confirm non-delivery or, more frequently, delivery on a future date after date when package was marked as "delivered" in their system. Multiple complaints to postal service result in no action or improvement.
