I just called there for info, and not only did I get the info I needed, but the woman on the phone informed me that I was not reaching my local post office, but the plant, and that i could come there for the form I needed, and that they're open 2 hours after my local office closes.  which is great! I love the extra information. not just barely answering and hanging up. She was very helpful.  Thank you.

my package arrived at this sorting facility on the 7th. this post office is only 5 miles from where packge needs to be delivered.from the 20898 facility, the package was taken for a ride in and out of the county. it is now the 14th and I still haven't received my package (that's one week!). no movement on the tracking since the 12th, making that worthless. there is no way to call or speak to a person because their voice message system has not been set up. their email system doesn't work. it shouldn't take a week to deliver a package from one Gaithersburg post office to another. most unprofessional  experience.

Always prompt and courteous...wish other post offices were like this one.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Only post office that answers the phone after first few rings. I still avoid this place during business hours, as the lines are long and it seems to draw the most annoying customers, especially meddlesome older women who don't know how to mind their own business.
