watched a mailman put a note on my door. Said I wasn't home to sign for my package. No knocking on the door or ringing the doorbell, just assumed no one was home. Went through a procedure to reschedule a delivery date. never delivered it.

No one ever answers the phone here. I receive a note informing me that I have a parcel to be collected. I try and collect the parcel only to be told that it cannot be found and the lady that is in charge is not in. She will call me, but does not. Then I try call USPS... "NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE".

Totally fine experience for me! Not sure why all the h8’n... A lady was walking around and asked if I needed help, pens were easily accessible and it was a totally quick and easy visit! Would recommend! Totally not 1 star.

Better than some locations but still the same old slow lines and generally vacant-personality employees. Just amazes me how government jobs kills the life out of people... can’t imagine everyone applying for the position is excited at the thought of working there!

Any Post Office that doesn't answer their phones and then also turns their phones to "night" mode during business hours gets a zero for me. I've worked with this PO for 15 years, and while the people are nice and hard working, there is a level of customer service that is required to do business.
