They constantly deliver my mail to the wrong address down the street from me and put the parcel locker keys in my neighbors box.  Apparently being literate isn't a requirement of this post office.  Filed many complaints to no avail.

I hate this location,  the post office complex is too small.    I live on the other side of Mission Viejo and this location is not even half the way of driving there.    The US Postal Service should build a new and bigger Post Office  somewhere  either on La Paz Rd  or Alicia PKWY.        It's so stupid to have one Post Office in a huge city like Mission Viejo.

THEY DELIVERED A PACKAGE TO MY OLD ADDRESS AFTER I HAD DONE THE CHANGE OF ADDRESS, I FILED A CLAIM FOR MISSING PACKAGE, THEY NEVER FOUND IT AND I LOST MY MONEY AS WELL AS PRODUCT. I HAVE LIVED AT MY NEW ADDRESS FOR OVER 3 MONTHS NOW AND I STILL AM NOT RECEIVING ALL MY MAIL. MISSION VIEJO OFFICE NEVER ANSWERS! I WISH I COULD POST ZERO STARS.

The staff is nice, and they are always in-stock of boxes, envelopes, etc. The only minus is that they have only 1 line and 3 check-outs, and since they get tons of people passing through, it might take you a good chunk of time to get through the massive line.

Terrible, They don't answer their phone and I am calling on behalf of an elderly client. I am glad this isn't my post office!
