Walked in and rang the bell for assistance several times, heard the bell ringing, and heard people talking, but nobody came to the door. Knocked on the door and still no reply just heard people talking on the other side

This is a review for the delivery person from this USPS center (Aliso Viejo). I ordered a cell phone to be used out of the country. I had a trip coming up. On the first delivery, the package is said to be delivered, but we did not see it. We contacted BestBuy who then admitted that they didn't request a signature for the delivery, so they mailed out a second phone at no extra cost to me. I am now only a few days away from my trip. The second phone was expected to arrive on Wednesday, my wife stayed home all day to accept the delivery. It did not happen. We tracked it online, and its status changed to "Delivery attempt: action needed. Notice left (No authorized recipient available." That's odd, our bell didn't ring and there was no  knocks on the door. We checked our mail box and saw a paper notification saying we could either schedule a re-delivery, or come pick it up at the post office. Our trip is Thursday. Well played Mr. Mailman. Your saving of a few steps to our front door has caused us headaches, wasted time and money.

Seriously has to be the worst. I have had 3 packages not delivered. Countless mail gone missing, The people at this hub are not helpful. Can never get a hold of anyone.

It's Laguna. We have two post offices and this one tends to be pretty busy since its in the downtown area. Lines tend to move quickly and you'll always receive friendly service.
