Best customer service ever! Yes, the line was very long but the great customer service made it worth the wait.

I had to wait on one forever,when I got to,a window they told me delivery confirmation is only available by filling out a form on a table that I would have to do and then get back in line, unlike at other post offices I've visited. The line was even longer by the time I reached the front and they had no pens to use to fill out the forms.

I work at a downtown business and this is the closest location. They deliver mail afterhours. The staff at the location are unhelpful. When you call to find the status of a package that should have arrived 4 days ago, the phone rings and rings until it is disconnected. Fellow employees have had packages get lost once they arrive at the location.

Long lines at lunch and after work, but the staff helped answer some questions.

I guess the whole of the USPS should be let to go bankrupt and we would see something fantastic come to replace it. Just like what happened to the monopoly of telephones and the rise of cell phones.

This place like most branches is a horrible inefficient place that treats its customers like trash.
