VERY helpful when getting my PO Box Opened. Also with finding and Home delivering a package I needed. Lost one star for procedural antiquation. Takes forever to do the simplest things. And only way to make POB payments is in person. (*Not this location's Fault*) Also, hours are wrong on google listing

At the P.O. the personnel have always been helpful, kind and courteous, and for my home deliveries - same thing; my mail carrier has gone out of his way more than once to help me when it wasn't part of his job. I don't understand these bad reviews, I've never experienced anything like they describe. I just looked in to check the hours and saw this and had to write a review.

Man alive the USPS sucks. I been trying to find out where my package was .It was coming out of Florida. Nothing showed up online. I ask the postal worker to see what he could find out.He returns and says that the package has never been received yet in Florida. The sender has only bought the shipping label but never sent it. So sitting on my porch my mail carrier comes up and hands me the package.WTF??? I call back to the post office and they give me a lame excuse that there over flowing with packages... and becomes very rude and hangs up. We'll here's the deal , I do not care you are getting paid by the hour stop being a lazy P.O.S and do your GOD DAM JOBS your making good money. And as for the Rensselaer post office you people SUCKS! You people put the teeth marks in the Word SUCKS! JERKS

Always busy. If this was a private business this would never happen. Shame we have to put up with such low quality of service.
