This is the only post office I choose to go in and I live in Albany. Rich and the rest of the staff are always friendly and accommodating. Today he helped me stamp my wedding invitations!

Our postal carrier isn't very good. One might question how much he likes his job. We live in The Crossroads neighborhood off of Beacon in Glenmont. I approached him shortly after moving into our home and he was clearly not interested in any sort of conversation (I just wanted to introduce myself). Regularly (more_than_once_a_week) we get mail for neighbors, former residents and people from completely different nearby streets in our mailbox. I'm generally home in the afternoon and several times now the carrier has physically thrown packages onto our step, sometimes in inclement weather rather than ring the doorbell/knock on the door - and more than once the packages have been for neighbors anyway. Attention to detail seems to a logical skill for a postal carrier but ours is lacking. On our neighborhood social media group I've noted more than 10 other households with similar complaints. I don't pretend to know how hard the job of a postal carrier is, but I'd imagine putting the mail in the box of the appropriate recipient is a fundamental skill. Its disappointing.

Literally paying for a PO box here because I like this post office, and the one in the neighboring area that I live can't tell their head from their foot. This office is always on top of things, always nice, and remembers your face which is really nice. A+ post office.

This is a great little post office. Really nice, efficient people. A pleasure!

Staff is very helpful and nice. Lines can be long at times due to mostly one person working the counter.
