Yang helped me with an investigation of a package I had delivered and during the process she was nothing but professional, caring and beyond helpful. As I am happy I found my package, I am more happy and thankful for Yang and how caring and concern she was during the entire process. Because of her, I feel comfortable in knowing that there are good people out there that take serious what they do and the customers. Thank you again Yang =)

The African American lady that works here is rude and gives an attitude to customers who ask questions. If she isn't happy where she is workin, she shouldn't be working there at all!!!! Horrible! I hope she reads this so she can change her customer service skills! She is too old to be snappy with people all the time

I had 3 or 4 times sent package to my uncle in Texas by express mail 2 days, it never come at least 2 to 3 weeks. But if i send in San Jose station only take 2 days even in busy season

This location is my local postal service. Everytime I visit when the black women ( I am too a black women)is servicIng customers she gives everyone a bad attitude. You ask her questions she looks at you with those big ass eyes and talks to people like they're dumb. And it's not just myself, it's all. I tried calling the location to speak to a manager and it's impossible so, I will be sending complaint on their website to report her. She irritates the hell out of me. I just hate when people take their miserable lives out on others.

This place is horrible. No one ever answers the phone. I have been trying to call for two weeks to get the vacation hold off of my mail after it was mistakenly put on my address. I have not been receiving any of my mail because it has all been "returned to sender" .This has now been affecting my bills and several other important documents. I have tried calling all week and no has ever picked up. I have called the 1800 number and apparently this office doesn't get any results either. I went down there in person at 12:00 and asked for assistance in taking it off but the supervisor left for the day so again there was nothing they could do. I have never written a review before but the lack of assistance this far down the line has left me know choice.
