Horrible service I went there to return a item from amazon and the guy just stare at me and stare at the envelope. He took it and said that He can’t take it because it felt like a piece of paper and he start charging me $3 for each envelope just to deliver it. There were like 7 envelope so I have to pay $21 just to return some stuff from amazon and the cost of the item that I bought from amazon WAS LIKE $15 DOLLOR IN TOTAL

Very bad customer service the old Asian man was not helpful i asked for overnight shipping he said to late for overnight and he said the earliest in 3 days it doesn’t make sense because it was on Wednesday and it was really important to ship it overnight he’s always rude never smile ill use ups or fedex from now on

Went in to get a money order. Apparently the second cashier can't log into his computer, which sucks but it happens. But the lady who was servicing people seemed new or something. Line was going super slow and the people in the back were incredibly nonchalant about it. Whatever, what are they going to do. I get up front and get the form to do my money order, then go to the side to fill it out. She lets a few people go before returning her attention to me. She has apparently never done a money order before and kept asking me for information that I didn't need to give or that was already on the card. Then she keeps going back and forth to her supervisor to ask her questions and get approval (because I accidentally wrote my mailing address instead of the one on my ID since I had just moved). The supervisor doesn't come to help her once and there is a pretty long line that is waiting behind me for a while at this point. Finally got it all handled. Very convenient location for me, so I will be going back, but be prepared for the lack of service.

I had received terrible customer service here from an older Asian male employee named Kye. I walk into the store to send a package during a very slow hour, so it's very empty and Kye is standing behind the counter. I greet him and he makes no sound, no eye contact, gesture, acknowledgement of my existence. So I go on to ask about mailing a package. He was very rude and short in his responses. I ask for a piece of tape, he had some laying around. He refused and demanded I purchase new tape from the store for $4, whatever can't spare a piece of tape of yours. So I am now ready to hand him my package. I hand it to him but he is still standing still with no words for me, staring into space. He is standing in front of the scale, so I just place my package on the scale and he does the bare minimum to get my transaction through. When it came to paying, he said nothing but made the swiping gesture so I can swipe my card. Then the transaction is done, receipt comes out. He continues staring off into space, so I ask if that is my receipt. He nods yes, so I lean over the counter to rip my receipt out. Then a lady walks in and is looking at boxes, she turns her head to ask "Excuse me, how much do these boxes cost?... Kye responds "Go look for yourself, it has a price".

Who takes a break when there are 6 people in line. So slow! Post office has horrible service! Can we just close them down and let FedEx and UPS and others do it privately.
