We don't have a regular mail carrier. One of the mail carriers keeps leaving our mailbox opened. I have called, and gone to the post office to complain. I have notes inside mailbox to please close mailbox thank you. The manager doesn't want to be bothered. This is on going problem. This has been an issue. When you attempt to go their heads. The wait time on the phone is like a half hr to an hr or longer. My mail has been ruined by the weather, due to the lazy carrier not closing it. It has been left side open. Enough is enough already.
