I was a bit apprehensive to go there due to the other reviews, but decided to give it a try, because this one is the only near me. I went at 11 AM on a Tuesday, so there were only 2 other customers in the lobby the entire time I was there. The lady behind the window was very friendly. It was an excellent experience for me. 10/10 would go there again.

I tried to go today during lunch, showed up at 1:15pm to find the entire place empty with a sign on one window that indicated they were "Out to lunch from 1pm-2:30pm." Really? Only one person was working so they shut they whole place down? I can't believe that but was sorely disappointed.

My package has been sitting for 3 days in the post office waiting to be delivered to my post office less than 30 miles away from cleveland.

Went there mid day ~10:00 am. Both windows closed and a note saying will be back in 1hr!!!
Not to mention the attitude of the employees there
