The people who work here are very nice and will go out of their way to help.

However, they refuse to leave packages at the main office of The Fairways. UPS and Fedex have no issues doing this. The postmaster is responsible for this. I always select Fedex now.

Called to look up my package was on the phone for 38mins I even fell asleep and woke back up still on hold. Worst post office in Derry nh it was important mail i never got cause they couldn’t drop it off at my building office instead of my apartment. I hung up after it completed an hour. You GUY SUCK !!!!!!!

Order Status From USPS at 3PM today:
Carrier is unable to gain access to front door to deliver the package.

Did you jackwagons even TRY getting out of the truck and using the walkway to get to the front door? Or did you just decide that it was too far away and didn't bother? Unbelievable.

Haven’t gotten mail since or last storm. With a newborn baby I. The hospital I left my wife to come home and snowblow out so it was safe for everyone to get into the house. Since then UPS and FedEx have been to our house several times. I called USPS and they said it’s bc it’s dangerous and icy. I called them lazy and hung up. Sounds like they are just too lazy to deliver mail our mailbox is completely fre from snow as well as our driveway and two walkways. Thanks Derry Post Office just what we needed with our new baby to not receive mail!

Had the same carrier for over 22 years, lou.
Was the best. Since she has left my mail and package deliveries are so bad.
