I entered the retail space after patronizing A&E coffee and before a pending appointment and queried a clerk about labeling the inside of  a mailbox with my name. The clerk said, "Yes." and I engaged further about my name being labeled though in the last few days the label was missing and so mentioned I relabled the box and the clerk was slightly excitable and slightly irritated, too.

FYI: I have fancy for Benjamin Franklin and the lightning rod and so same the postal service and public service employees, too.

Very very poor service. I regret patronizing them. Poor customer service with lack of courtesy. I sent a document to Nigeria on priority express delivery till today 8days now my package is not delivered. I was told it's stucked at morroco. They will hear frm my lawyers

This is one of the most helpful Post Offices I have ever used.  I had a package that was stuck in limbo and one of the employees took the time out not only to locate my package, but followed up and made sure I got it.  

There is often a line here, but it moves along with several lines open.  They always are friendly and never seem to rush you along once it is your turn at the counter.  If you do have to wait it is worth it for the good service.

Service there is very unpleasant. The counter people are unfriendly and arrogant.  They behave like they hate their job.  I try to avoid this post office much as possible. We are driving to other post offices for passports, stamps or shipments.

Keep getting my packages stolen because USPS of Manchester eastside keeps leaving my packages outside,on lawn and even on driveway. Put a sign on our appartment buildings(Three Family) front door that said that we were a victim of delivery theft and to put all packages inside doorway...UPS and Fedex are always on point and deligent to make sure our packages make it to our welcone mat(third floor) while UPS keeps treating our packages and mail like pieces of garbage they're burdoned with handeling. We use online retail to purchase Christmas and Birthday gifts,home decor, electronics, etc. And usually enjoy the expierance except for the fact that with USPS we may never recieve our purchases because people cannot do theyre job correctly. I have a picture from a delivery today of a small package left on thr ground left below our mailbox.😕.Fix this problem and make sure we recieve our incoming mail!
