The location is convenient for me but not much else good to say about this location. You would be hard-pressed to find a staff anywhere in the country that is less friendly. Never a smile or "have a good day" here.

I have personally dealt with these folks for two years now. They do the best they can, not too many folks have any idea the amount of bs they have to take, often times daily and by complete strangers. Most often for things that are out of their control or not their fault personally, but they take the rap anyway because they represent USPS... I know, I was one of them, freaking out because something I very much needed wasn't perfect. These folks are some of the sweetest, most dedicated and caring people I know, I look up to them. Just remember, they get up and come to work to help you.

I agree with what people said about the customer service. Today when I went in the debit/credit machine wasn't working. I hadn't realized this and didn't have any cash. The lady behind the counter said condescendingly "There's a big sign on the door. You didn't read it, did you?" Okay when I left the building I looked for this sign and it wasn't really that big. There were several papers on the door and this notice was the same size as the rest of them and just blended in. I've been able to use my debit card when I've been there before and it's not MY fault that the machines aren't working. Now I understand stuff happens, machines don't always work, I'm not going to be cross with them about it, so she doesn't have to act all annoyed with me just because I didn't stop to look through all the notices on the door. Some nice person offered to the small price for me (less than 2 dollars) but if they hadn't I could've just gone and gotten cash back from the nearest gas station or grocery store and come back while they kept the letter. No big deal, but she was making it into one. I think I'll be using another location next time.
