Kind helpful service with a very bubbly attitude, we had a very pleasant experience getting our passports here!  I noticed that the bulk of the negative reviews tend to be people blaming the Post Person for their own ignorance.  Read up people, do the research!  Take your checkbook, Birth Certificate, Drivers License and you should have a seemless and expedient processing.

The lady at the facility told me she would look for the package, literal seconds later she said she couldn't find it. Also said delivery trucks were all in for the day. I was polite, and she still didn't seem to want to help me.

(Edit: Newegg, and the seller both have now confirmed that the huntsville usps facility shipped my package back, even though i called to see if it was there.)

(Edit 2: A very nice lady i haven't worked with had a good conversation, and she is going to make sure i get my packages. so since she is doing me good i am going to raise the rating, it's on thing to screw up, but it's another thing to pick up someone elses mess, and for that nice lady, i thank you.) *will raise rating higher once package is delivered.

(Brandy won't look for my packages and gets really mouthy with customers and it makes me uncomfortable. i hate dealing with you guys despite other good employees. Brandy gets 1 star.)

I'm done dealing with these guys, so i'm going to address the usps inspector general.

I called and talked to the nicest lady on the phone about coming in and getting passports done. She told me the morning is best. Took my kids out of school and came in first thing to be treated like I was the worst person ever trying to get their passports. Worst customer service ever!!!

The older woman who works in this office is awful. Her Customer service skills are lacking and she's never been very helpful.
