If I could give this 0 stars I would. I sent out my wedding invitations June 2017 and was told they would not hand cancel my invitations and that if there was a ribbon inside holding everything together, postage would be 20 cents more than regular. So of course I was not going to add another stamp to 100 invitations. I put them in the outgoing mail, and I didn't get a single one back. I just sent out my bridal shower invitations 4 days ago and my soon to be father-in-law called me and said his carrier tried to make him pay 21 cents more for additional postage. He explained his situation to the carrier and luckily she was generous enough to let him not pay and told him she would be talking to her post master because it's ridiculous that they would try to charge me 2 stamps for a simple invitations. This post office is a joke!

This place is a joke, i had to call them and find out if my wife can pick up a package on my behalf because this location hours fall outside of my work hours, spend my entire lunch getting hold of someone for 10 seconds to see if my wife can pick up because im sure they check id and only release it to the person that has their name on the mail, took me 30min to go through automated options when I got to the right option i was on hold for another 30 min I had to hang up because my lunch was over, had to leave work early so I can go pick up my package when I got there they don't take credit cards only cash, I had to pay to get my package and I had to force them to give me a receipt which was a ghetto handmade handwritten receipt basically look like IOU and here's the kicker they didn't even check check my ID to see if they're giving back the mail to the right person.

They've tried to deliver packages to both; places reported as not safe to leave packages or posted no package drop off with detailed instructions on where to drop packages (including their own address for later personal pick up...). And they attempted package drop off to a specific no weekend drop off buisness address. This is hands down the least responsible postal service branch I've had the misfortune to be in the area of. I've even had packages stolen and their excuse was to guarantee two day delivery, disregarding that packages were already being taken and it had been reported. I have come to doubt everything that comes through these guys. I would recommend paying a little extra and shipping through alternative methods if at all possible. I would like to also make sure I note that I dislike the postal system, not my personal mailmen and woman in my neighborhood. They're actually quite nice people. I'm glad the business stuck using them as carriers are able to work around their horrible lack of responsibility and apparent zero care for customer service.

my carrier never got my signature for my certified letter from the IRS. The carrier just put it in my mailbox. Plus he always is very short tempered when dealing one to one with him

Its a government company, poor customer service is what you get when America privatize's. Thank a Republican!!
