Best experience ever at the Post Office!!! We just moved to Spokane and we have not had any problems with our mail delivery, packages and all. I also visited this location today to send an international package which I have never done. The post office was empty at 9:30 am and Lisa was so helpful and patient with me. She was very informative and I will definitely visit this location in the future!!

Incompetency at it finest..... Literally have had nothing but problems. I Get other peoples mail daily an cant get any one to answer the phone at this office for the life of me.

Never answer the phone. The hours make it impossible to conduct business. I have waited almost two weeks now to get a mailbox key, still waiting...why are you even open?

First of all...we get other people's mail delivered to our home WEEKLY. Second of all, I had a package that was supposed to be delivered today. I checked the tracking number and the site says that they attempted to deliver my package, but couldn't access my front porch. I don't have lock or dog or anything preventing the package from being delivered. I'm a stay at home mom, so I've been here all day, and haven't seen anyone attempt to deliver a package. There was no notice left in my mailbox, which is outside the gate, to let me know that an attempt was made to deliver the package, and what I ordered is very small and should have been able to fit in the mailbox. So, I called the post office multiple times, and got no answer. Horrible excuse for service.

This office handles our mail. It has been nothing but a hassle dealing with every day mail service. All of my neighbors get their mail mixed-up and I almost every day, spend sorting mixed mail. I've tried talking to their office, but they don't seem to care.
