I had a package that was supposed to be delivered on Saturday and the tracking system said it was out for delivery. It never showed up and the status was never updated. The mail comes on Monday and still no package. I called into this post office at 2:55PM and talked to the supervisor. He said he would look into it and call me back. Two hours later I call in because I haven't heard back and I was informed that he leaves each day at 3PM. If he told me he was getting off after my phone call and would call me in the morning I would have been fine with it. Instead I was left waiting for a call back that day that was never going to happen. The lady associate I was speaking with said the talked to the mail carrier and the package isn't on his truck. The associate had no empathy at all and obviously didn't care and offered no resolution at all other then to call in tomorrow before 3PM and talk with the supervisor. After everything was said and done they ended up finding the package and delivering it that next day. Better communication up front and a more empathetic attitude would be recommended. I understand some people can get angry right way, but as long as your honest with me and doing your best I always understand.

I am beyond frustrated with this post offices carriers! I just checked on the status of a package I should have received.. & it says it was delivered in my mailbox 4 days ago!!! Never happened!!! So now I have to call the post office AGAIN & let them know their carrier delivered to the wrong house AGAIN!!! THIS has happened at least half a dozen times in 6 months. Some of them have been returned to us.. others not.. I'm sure because there are dishonest people who choose to lie & say they never had it delivered to their house when the post office actually has a tracker. So now I am scared to even purchase things to be delivered thanks to postal carriers who are dyslexic or just can't do their damn job right!!! I am sooo fed up!!!

These people stuff those little pink notice to deliver in the bottom of my mail box and my wife typically finds them two or three weeks late--and trying to call them at the phone number they have on those slips... They've put that line on a fax so the fact is there is no human to talk to--same with the 1-800 number. I have literally stopped using the PO whenever possible--bunch of losers.

This is a decent post-office. The staff is nice and the building is clean. However, it seems no matter what time of day you go there is always a long line.

Well, I've never had a problem. The lines move as a person might expect, hardly ever longer than 3 or 4 minutes and sometimes maybe 5 or 6 but I expect that at a small post office. The people are always friendly and I've never seen them not be friendly to anyone else. I'm writing this because I logged on to the internet to check the times they're open today and saw all these negative responses. Normally I'm not a review writer but I felt I have to say something as I've only had great and congenial service. I've lived here now, this is our 8th year. They're the greatest. Stop looking for negative things, they're great.
