Mail carrier crammed my package into my mailbox. I tracked him down to pull pull it out. It took him 45 minutes all he did was crack the item and did not pull it out. He called his "manager" Marg- Margarita Resenda she told him someone will be there to get it He needed to get back to his route. Two days later we had to file a complaint as the package was still crammed in the box. The carrier was putting my mail in the package box leaving a key for me to retrieve letters. Day three Marg came knocking on my door, showed me my package she said she will keep the broken package as the carrier broke it, then she said All she did was twist it and it came out. BULLSH!T.. I sent the mail carrier struggle with it for an hour. Day four I have no product to send back because the Manager Marg. Took my items. I still have NOT received a refund for the mail carrier who was having a bad day and cracked the item. Marg and this mail carrier need to go back to sorting mail. He gets that wrong everyday:/ ** after posting this plus writing a complaint to USPS higher than Marg., as well as IG on post.. Marg showed up at my door 0730 to deliver my package as well as a refund for postal negligence. However the receipt reads( REFUND STAMPS/FEES) She did it in cash. I ordered the item online. Online doesn't except cash in physical form..

Don't usually do reviews; however this place is terrible! I've been calling for 3 days straight. I finally got someone to answer, and kindly spoke to the guy about my packaging address. *cell phone goes off in the background* immediately was placed on hold. 5 mins later he came back and told me to call back later when the package arrives. I told him I've been reaching out to this specific store for 3 days now and never got an answer until today, the guy hung up without a word... You'd think being on a military facility that the managers would be mindful of the individual they have representing their store. Honestly 1 of 5 stars is too much.

This is by far the worst mail service I have experienced. My son spends almost $30 for express mail and they supposedly put it in my mailbox, NOT...... wasn't there...... they didn't deliver it either, even thou it said PO TO ADDRESSEE, guess the box is me now. They place a key to another box holder in my box to open the storage for a box, took it to the office and surprisingly received good service from the Hispanic supervisor, he actually made the carrier go back and deliver it to my house..... cudos to him....plus he called me and followed up, which was very professional, by far the best employee at this office...I order dog food from Amazon so it gets delivered to my house, don't do that if you live on Fort Bliss, it will never leave the post office, the carrier is too lazy to bring it to your house, yes they make the customer come and pick it up. Time for a "your fired" is in order for several folks that work there.

There is a package I am expecting from overseas. Tracking information says there was an attempt to deliver but there never was as I was home that day. Now as I try to track down the package at this local distribution center, nobody answers the phone. With this kind of service and support, its no wonder why this this agency is failing. Even as I write this, I guarantee I won't see a response.
