I've been calling for the last 3 days. I don't understand why no one can answer the phone. I'm waiting on a very important piece of mail that normally only takes a few days and its been a week. Also i have found other peoples mail in my mailbox and I've had to take it to them. I wouldn't be surprised if that's what happened.

This is the best post office I've ever been to. Very friendly staff who have been happy to make suggestions on mailing packages etc. I've been here several times and always am impressed. Thanks!

Tried holding my mail three times there, and they cannot even figure out that simple task. They also don't answer the phone there either, so I've had to drive 20 minutes twice to find out they didn't hold my mail.

Like any other post office, this place is always packed and very slow. Make sure you plan ahead of time before you show up.

Being a productive real estate company we are always going to the post office to mail various letters and parcels.  The post office in Downtown White Bear Lake is always our go to.  We have always found friendly and fast service at this post office and the staff seem very helpful in choosing which delivery method is most cost effective.  The location could not be more convenient,  being only a couple blocks off of 61 and in the heart of Downtown White Bear Lake.
