Just got back from out of town and my mailbox was jam packed, almost to the point of not being able to get anything out. Some mail was ruined and one of them was my w-2. I now have to have my employer send another one. Whats worse is that I put a hold on my mail.... guess that wasn't honored. Please thank your competent carriers for the wonderful service they do made possible by our tax dollars.

On Wednesday, April 4th, the tracking information said that my package was "out for delivery" at 9:52am. My item, which I needed by Friday for a trip, was never delivered. When I checked the tracking information again on Thursday, April 5th, I saw the message, "Your item is being held at the SUITLAND, MD 20746 post office at 4:15 pm on April 4, 2018. This is at the request of the customer." This is a lie. I NEVER requested this item be to be held. I called the Suitland, MD post office and asked an employee if the package would be delivered (because if not, I would be willing to have a relative pick it up before the station closed). The employee said that the package was out for delivery. This was ANOTHER lie. When the postal delivery person arrived today (Thursday), they did not have my package. Now, when I track my item, the information states that the estimated delivery is SATURDAY, APRIL 7TH!!! I needed this item (which is being held right down the street at the local post office against my wishes) for my flight!!! Now, I will have to scramble to find an alternative. The Suitland, MD post office has some of the WORST employees in the business. If they hate their jobs so much, they should quit rather than inconveniencing their customers. They deserve NEGATIVE stars.

They have new staff here since the old staff retired. The lines can still be long but one girl I believe her name is K, like the letter she is awesome always so sweet. I hope they keep her!

No mail on yesterday and it was not a holiday.. we get mail everyday even if its junk mail, the mail comes all different times of the day depends on the mail carrier... Never saw a mail carrier.

This is one of the most unprofessional organizations that I have ever dealt with. The workers have absolutely no customer service skills, they're rude and always have an iritated disposition towards customers. Dont even waste your time calling the office because they will place you on hold and never return to the call. They're constantly mis delivering packages and blames it on someone stealing it because they are too lazy to deliver it to your door as they are PAID to do. Overall, I cant stand dealing with them at all. This post office is the worst.
