I wanted to say how much help I received when I recently had issues with my package. I made an order online and after several weeks and no updates on tracking I reached out to the post office. I had an immediate response from Laura Spencer who is a supervisor. She was super helpful, patient and friendly while assisting me in locating my package. It had unfortunately gotten held up in customs. Laura followed my package and gave updates throughout the delivery process. I thank her and her friendly service and continuous follow up. It was so frustrating not getting my package delivered in time for Christmas but Laura's help made it a bit more tolerable. THANKS LAURA! #happycustomerUSPS

Talk about horrible service. I waited in line with infant twins and was told by the line helper that my cards had to be weighed. Finally got to a person, and was rudely told to buy stamps. I said that I was told they had to be weighed. She blankly stared at me for almost a minute not doing anything. I grabbed my cards and walked out. Driving to Monroe.

If you want your mails/packages delivered properly, please make sure you have the house number nice and big (or at least can be easily seen) on your mailbox in both sides. Many houses don't have even numbers or have missing numbers on their mailbox and it's really tough for carriers to deliver mails/packages.

Won't deliver down my driveway and marked as "inaccessible". It's a split driveway that is far from uncommon. I guess it wasn't worth the extra 1 min to deliver. I will avoid using them on all future deliveries.

The mail lady is getting all the mail mixed up and delivering everybody's mail in neighbors mailbox. After talking to the post master at loganville post office I have figured out he just doesn't give a Damn what his mail carrier's do.
