This location had completely unprofessional staff and only one person at the counter with over 10 people in line. You can hear people in the background and it literally sounded like they were having some kind of a laughing competition. They lost the title to my car which I can't even tell you how frustrating that is. They took down my number and said they would call. No phone call in 4 days, so I called corporate and this location didn't even escalate the issue. At least their corporate did. No hope for this location. If you don't have to come here, don't bother.

My old regular carrier, Pat, was great, but the people that are now picking up and delivering in her place are horrible. They damage my packages by throwing them over their shoulder, they do not scan them, and for the last 4 days there has been no tracking information on the numerous packages that have been picked up by them. Where are these packages, have they been sitting in the post office the last 4 days? What is the use of tracking numbers if the carriers are not going to scan/use them?

Will not deliver to Wesley St. Claire because they do not want to walk up stairs. UPS does it. FedEx does it. Why can't the post office courier do it? ATTEMPT TO DELIVER TO MY APARTMENT PLEASE! If I'm not home, THEN leave me a slip to pick up at the post office. This is ridiculous.

Hands down, the Worst USPS branch in Georgia if not the United States. Absolutely the rudest behavior, eye rolling, condescending, gossip, staff lacks knowledge and common sense and Most of whom work here are completely careless. They are not there to do a job, they are there to make your life miserable. This dumpster should either be shut down or they should send some high level manager and skilled staff to lead the way for the newly hired staff and teach them how its done. If this place stays open, the government will lose lots of money. Either improve significantly or go under......................I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Stay away and stay FAR.

Never picks up packages after submitting pick up request. Driver too lazy to get out of truck. I  know this because he tried to force a package I was receiving in my mailbox and left on the ground.
